Refund Policy
Courses are digital and are delivered the moment you pay. Please read this before you buy — it is short, and it is binding.
1. All course sales are final
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Our courses are digital products. The moment your payment succeeds, the full course is unlocked on your account and you can watch every lesson and download every workbook. There is nothing to return, and no way to un-see what you have already been given.
This means: once access is granted, your purchase is not refundable — including if you change your mind, buy by mistake, do not have time for it, decide the material is not for you, or simply never start.
We would rather you were sure before paying than disappointed afterwards, so:
- Free preview lessons are published for most courses. Watch them. They are taken from the real course, not a trailer.
- Every course page lists the full lesson breakdown before you buy.
- If you are unsure whether a course fits your situation, ask us first. We will tell you honestly if it is the wrong one.
2. What this policy does not do
Nothing here removes rights the law gives you. Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, what we sell you must match how we described it and must be reasonably fit for its purpose. Those guarantees cannot be contracted away, and we do not try to. If we fail to deliver what you paid for, you are entitled to a remedy, and section 3 sets out when.
3. When you are entitled to a refund
We will refund you in full in these situations:
- You were charged but never got access. Payment succeeded and the course did not appear on your account, and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same course, or charged the wrong amount.
- The course is materially not what was described on the page you bought from — not "not what I hoped for", but genuinely different in substance from what was advertised.
- The course is substantially incomplete or broken — lessons missing, videos that will not play — and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us.
- The purchase was not authorised by you, for example a card used fraudulently. Tell us and tell your bank.
- We withdraw the course before you have had reasonable use of it, or we close your account for reasons that are not your fault.
In these cases we do not require you to have watched little or nothing of the course. The question is whether we delivered what you paid for.
4. When you are not
- You changed your mind, or bought impulsively.
- You did not have time to watch it, or you never logged in.
- You already knew the material, or expected a different level.
- You did not get the business or income results you hoped for. As the Terms state plainly, our courses are education and results are never guaranteed.
- You cannot access the course because of your own device, network or internet connection.
- Your access was withdrawn because you breached the Terms — for example by sharing your login or redistributing the material.
- The course was given to you free of charge.
5. How to raise a refund request
- Contact us first, through the contact form or by email, within 14 days of the problem arising.
- Tell us the email address on your account, which course, the approximate date and amount of the purchase, and what went wrong.
- We acknowledge within 3 working days and give you a decision within 14 days.
- If a technical fault is the cause, give us a fair chance to fix it. Most access problems are solved the same day.
6. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — the same card or bank account. We cannot redirect a refund elsewhere, and we cannot pay it in cash or credit.
- Card refunds usually reach you within 5–10 working days; FPX bank refunds may take longer. The time your bank takes is outside our control.
- Refunds are made in the currency you were charged in. If exchange rates moved between the purchase and the refund, the amount your bank credits may differ slightly. We refund the original amount charged and cannot make up currency differences or your bank's fees.
- When a refund is issued, access to that course ends automatically. That happens at once, by system.
7. Chargebacks
If you think you have been charged wrongly, please talk to us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, which takes weeks.
Where a chargeback is raised, access to the course is suspended while the dispute is open, and we will provide the payment provider with our records: the purchase, the terms you accepted, and the access logs showing what was watched. Chargebacks raised for material that was in fact delivered and used may be defended, and we may decline future sales to that account.
8. Cancelling before delivery
If a payment is still processing and access has not yet been granted — FPX transfers can sit pending — tell us immediately and we will cancel it before it completes, at no cost to you.
9. Live events, coaching and consulting
This policy covers pre-recorded online courses. Live workshops, seminars, coaching and one-to-one consulting are sold under their own booking terms, which are given to you at the time of booking and which set out their own cancellation and rescheduling rules. Where the two differ, the booking terms apply to that booking.
